ONLY 10 KM FROM THE SEA The bed & breakfast "La Fontanella" is presented as a separate cozy recently renovated, located in the district Civitanova, the heart of the historic city of Lancaster. The building in which is guaranteed the utmost privacy, is located a few steps from the main square, home to the ancient Cathedral and the theater, and just 5 minutes walk from the Church of San Francesco which houses the Eucharistic Miracle. A strategic position at the center of the most significant places of the city, from which easy access to a variety of inns and restaurants to taste the typical products of frentana. The B & B "La Fontanella is composed of two independent and practical environments that ensure our guests comfort and complete privacy, it has a very thick outer walls, which in summer offers a natural fresh and comfortable. The first environment (FLOOR) consists of a cozy living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. With the sofa bed in the living room (one bed), this spacious and comfortable environment can accommodate more guests, which is ideal for families. For guests the B & B offers a breakfast service in a bar, just a few meters away, in the center of the city of Lancaster. In the living room is always at guests' disposal a refrigerator to store and keep cool drinks or food. The second environment (FIRST FLOOR) consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with bath - shower and a kitchen for the exclusive use, where guests can prepare breakfast (included in price) in the strictest confidence, the kitchen is equipped with sink, stove, fridge with freezer, table, and all the tools needed to easily consume breakfast. Thanks to 'breadth of its rooms, this second environment can get to accommodate up to 3 guests, it is possible, on request, adding a single bed in the next room to get a triple room, you can also take advantage of the couch for any child (up to 4 years).
