Now our bed & Breakfast is a favorite destination both for its location, which is located about 400m s. l. m. In an area which has become "protected area" next to "Natural Park" to its top you can see "'The Devil's Stone'", both for the favorable geographical location for its proximity to historical towns such as Vinci, birthplace of Leonardo, Montelupo Fiorentino, the pottery town, Pisa, Siena, Florence, which is only 30 minutes, Pistoia, Collodi, Pinocchio's town and various other points of historical, artistic and cultural center of Tuscany.
"The Bed & Breakfast" has been furnished with typical Tuscan style respecting the place that surrounds him with tiled floor and a range of comfort "(LCD TV 15", heating, air conditioning, wi-fi throughout the hotel). "
Our guests can relax in our garden that is at its disposal as from the terrace can enjoy the silence and the beauty of the landscape. The host has at its disposal a private parking, use of the laundry, are provided bed linen and towels with regular daily cleaning of the rooms.
Not far from the house there are hiking trails and natural landscape, golf course 9/18 hole golf course and a lake for fishing. After a day spent in a visit or a walk, our guests can end the day tasting some dishes in our area as the Florentine steak, panzanella, or bread soup called "Ribollita" and ending with the almond biscuits the vin santo.

The property is not serviced by public transport, so you'll have to reach with your vehicle.
STAY IN BED & BREAKFAST "LA CASA DI ZEFIRO"
Since the B & B a family-owned business, there is no reception service open 24 hours, so you're bound to communicate the arrival time at the time of booking.
Our check-in time is from 14.00 until 19.00.
If a problem should arise during your trip, you will be required to promptly notify the change in the arrival time at the following number: 339-2020413 Alessandro
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:
The rooms will be available from 14:00 and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day following the last night to allow the final cleaning of the premises. Upon arrival you will be given a set of keys to access: the gate, the apartment and the room booked, the damage or loss of keys carries a penalty of 50 €.
CLEANING THE ROOMS:
To allow cleaning of the rooms, which is carried out every day, must be vacated by 10.30 am.
In respect of the environment and a lower consumption of detergents, towels are changed every 3 days. If you need the change throw them on the ground.
All customers: Please leave your room in order keeping your private objects inside the drawer, closet or suitcase; otherwise the room will not be cleaned.
