Vecchio Granaio is a holiday house ran by a family, rebuilt of an ancient house in a fascinating stone place resembling the first Umbrian village where you can spend a relaxing holiday in harmony with nature. In Vecchio Granaio you can find anything you want: a warm welcome of the personnel, large areas immersed in greenery and village tranquility as well as closeness to the most important cities of art and cult of Umbria and to its Woodland Park. Being a few steps away from lake Trasimeno, Perugia city and close to the autodrome of Magione, VECCHIO GRANAIO offers different types of accommodation to its guests according to their requirements: from mini apartments to simple rooms, each with all the conveniences. Services of Holiday House Vecchio Granaio In agrotourism, in fact, at clients’ disposal there is a large private swimming pool and a mini gym on the swimming pool side. Besides there are Wi-Fi connection, private internal parking, barbecue zone, bar and a big garden that surrounds the house. The animals are our welcome visitors too. Description of apartments and rooms All the apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, private bathroom and a private entrance which faces a big garden. The apartments are furnished in traditional style with brick red floors and wooden joists which create a warm rural atmosphere. In each apartment you will also have independent heating, TV LCD, bedclothes, kitchenware and air-conditioner (on request). The types of apartments are: STUDIO (2 or 2+1 person) consisting of a living-room with a kitchenette and a sofa, an entresol with double bed, bathroom and provided with air conditioner. TWO-ROOM APARTMENT (2+2 or 2+3 persons) consisting of a living-room with a kitchenette and a folding double bed, a bedroom with bathroom (air conditioner on request) THREE-ROOM APARTMENT (4+2 persons) consisting of a large salon with a kitchenette, little fire-place, folding double bed, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and provided with air conditioner.
