There are two airports within easy reach from here: Pisa and Genova.La nearest train station is a 5 minute walk from our house. Coming from Milan following the A15 Cisa output is Pontremoli. Booking
You can book with a simple email or telephone call stating: Name and number of guests, phone number and email contact, arrival and departure date.
Deposit: the reservation is confirmed after receipt of deposit equivalent to 30% of the whole stay (50% if the price was less than 200 euro). The sending of the deposit to be part of the 'user-lessee constitutes acceptance if with contractual validity of the regulation. The deposit is accepted by bank transfer or Postepay (data will be provided by e-mail or telephone after confirmation of booking). For the moment it is not possible to pay by credit card.
The payment of the balance of the consideration for the entire stay is expected to be given in cash upon arrival (no checks accepted), in the case where the amount to be paid exceeds the limits laid down by law for payment in cash, the balance must be made three days in advance via bank transfer.
