B&B Villa Rosa is located in detached house in Turin in a private street not accessible to non-residents, protected from the noise of the city, with a shaded courtyard. Quiet neighbourhood strategically close to the downtown area, and to the university (Politecnico), and to the Soccer Stadium, to the light athletic stadium (Parco Ruffini).
The B&B has a main entrance through a security door leading to an entrance corridor, and a drive way with a gate to the shaded courtyard.
The corridor brings you to the apartment or to the bright attic.
The apartment on the ground floor, equipped with an additional security door, offers two bright high ceiling bedrooms, bathroom , dressing room with a washing machine, large breakfast room, balcony on a shaded courtyard.
A marble staircase brings you to a bright and elegant new attic on the second floor. The attic is a spacious bright open-space area, with a bathroom, a window on the green, 7 large skylights, a private access to the shaded courtyard, an independently operated fan system (two 1,6 m dia. ceiling fans on middle beam), that guarantees a continuous flow of fresh air to all corners without the unpleasant artificial atmosphere of an conditioning unit. Air conditioning units are available for those who are used to sleep with closed windows.
