The apartment is located on the Cure, one of the most beautiful residential areas of Florence, just outside the city walls: safe, quiet, full of green.

The center can easily be reached in ten minutes by bus (N. A or B, bus stop Madonna della Querce), or on foot in about twenty minutes. One of the rooms offers a view of Brunelleschi's Dome and the other on the river Mugnone and its beautiful animals, including ducks, mallards, ibis, gazettes, seagulls, otters. It seems to live in the countryside, instead we are one step away from the center! We are also very close to the stadium "Artemio Franchi", where Fiorentina plays, and the Mandela Forum, which is often the site of concerts and events.

The neighborhood is situated on the slopes of Fiesole, the most important among the picturesque hills of Florence, which is easily accessible on foot or by bus (n. 7). This location makes it particularly pleasing to those who want to enjoy the city, staying close to the center but, at the time of rest, not to suffer the noise and confusion. Near the apartment there are all the shops you need: supermarket, market, laundry, pharmacy, newspapers, bank, bar, tobacco, etc ...
